I am a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and The University of South Carolina with vast experience in the field of mental health. I have worked in settings such as community mental health agencies, hospital-based mental health departments and public school systems. My specialties include working with collegiates, professionals and females of color. My primary areas of interest include long-term parental conflict, relationship issues, mood management, blended families and life organization.
My passion is helping children, young adults and their families in making positive changes to create a stronger unit. Designed to connect and help you develop the skills you need to overcome negative experiences my approach to wellness is playful and creative!
My goal is to help clients reach their full potential beyond the chaos of everyday life. As a psychotherapist, a Cognitive-Behavioral approach is used to navigate self-exploration and real-life goal setting while filtering through difficulties.
